So, here you are! If you’ve landed on our website, and stumbled upon our Story-Welcome!
Welcome into our crazy, but absolutely loving and fulfilling life!
I am the mother to 3 amazing children. Braidon-24, Preston-18 and our only Princess, Neveah-14
I also run this amazing business with my absolutely handsome husband, Dustin. Dustin and I met in 2004. I was a single mama to my 24 year old, working 7 days a week, from 10:30 a.m. until 3 a.m. and this is where I met my beau. A few months later, we found out that we were expecting my son Preston, who just absolutely brought us together as a family. Due to health reasons, I had to leave my job.
Life was great. We struggled here and there. In 2006, I found out I had cervical cancer. Thankfully, it was low grade and surgery has been successful thus far. Sadly, we were told I would likely never have children again, BUT in 2009 my spunky, hyper and beautiful daughter Neveah was born.
In 2014, my husbands job of 7 years closed its doors, and I also fell ill. This left us both unemployed, and with 3 children, a home, car, travel sports and absolutely very little to make it through. Thank god for couponing, or I have no idea what we would had done.
In 2015, I hosted a fundraiser for the Children’s organization I founded. This fundraiser was through Scentsy, and that is when our life changed for the better! We had $159 left on our credit card, and, the consultant whom hosted the fundraiser for us kept asking me to sign up, and become a Consultant. Wait……me? I’ve never sold a thing in my life, I’m not salsey whatsoever, and you want me to sell Scentsy? After a couple days pondering, late at night, I jumped outta bed, went to my desk top, checked the balance on my credit card, and thought Food or sign up? I choose to look at the long term, and took the plunge!!!
Best decision I ever made on that May evening in 2015. Now, I lead a team of over 250 amazing people. I’ve travelled the world, and have been able to bless my family each and every day due to this company. Sometimes I lay in bed at night and ask myself, “is this real life”? The people I’ve met, the experiences I’ve had, and the places I’ve seen was something I could only dream of back in 2014, and now I’m living it! Living my best life, with my absolutely amazing team, customers, and family.
We turned what could had been a lifetime of pain and struggling, to a fulfilling life, meeting new people, doing new things, travelling the world, and making people smile.
